Arch enable bluetooth

Install the bluez package, providing the Bluetooth protocol stack.
Install the bluez-utils package, providing the bluetoothctl utility.

Start/enable bluetooth.service:

systemctl start bluetooth.service
systemctl enable bluetooth.service

For Gnome, install gnome-bluetooth-3.0
